Time to adjust:

1.push button

2.Press button "M" to switch between time,date and 60 seconds countdown

3.Press button "S" to change time,date and countdown:

   press one time,change to date,second time to month setting,third time to day setting,

   fourth time to hour setting,fifth time to minute setting,sixth time to time interface

4.countdown:press button "M" back to 60 seconds countdown interface,press button "S"  to set
